AniTuner creates, edits and converts Windows animated cursors (.ani). Animated cursors are animated mouse pointers stored in .ani files that can replace the default arrow cursor under Microsoft Windows.
AniTuner makes the creation and edition of these animated cursors easy: everyone can create his / her own animated cursors in a snap. You can use animated cursors not only to customize the appearance of Windows (themes) but also to manufacture little animations after your Web pages, e-mails, documents or level applications...

AniTuner comes with a batch of features that grant you to:
