Cactusus is a program developed as a replacement for "sticky notes" on your desktop. Just text alluring very short space and always staying on acme. Notes can be dragged by mouse to desired place. For each memorandum your can define comments and a "mark also" remark. Comments are displayed in a tooltip of the memorandum. "See also" remark may accommodate anything that Windows can understand and launch: doc file, network link etc. To access a memorandum context menu drag mouse over memorandum text and when mouse pointer turns to "participation" - right-click.

Requires Microsoft .NET Framework.
